Lori Bruce – Administrator

Lori is originally from Pleasant Ridge, Michigan and attended Full Sail University (Business Intensive Strategy & Business Management)
After 20 years of working in administrative roles, she has extensive experience with all tasks related to this demanding position. Lori is able to interact directly with clients as well as potential clients to make sure all their needs are met. She juggles daily tasks to keep things running smoothly while predicting client needs before they have to ask. A dedicated professional, Lori always puts the best interests of clients first and keeps client satisfaction as her top priority.
Ryan Cahoy – Chief Revenue Officer
Ryan started his career in “digital signage” in 1996 when he accepted an internship at Daktronics. As part of his entrepreneurial studies class at South Dakota State University he wrote a business plan to create a LED stock ticker product which led to a full time position with Daktronics upon graduation. Ryan then joined Rise Vision/Rise Display to further advance the LED ticker product line along with growing a successful web based digital signage solution that powers over 40,000 displays primarily in K-12 and higher education settings.
Over the last 25+ years Ryan has been involved with all facets of signage from hardware, software, and content design. Today Ryan oversees the sales and marketing efforts for Rise Display and is a member of the board of directors for the Digital Signage Federation.
Joe Hawk – Sales Account Executive
With 30+ years in sales, covering multiple different products and markets, Joe has been focusing on the digital signage industry for the past 17 years. He joined Rise Display in 2009 as a sales and account rep for the Mid-Atlantic states. With a heavy concentration in education, his area has since expanded and he is now focusing on the sale of LED ticker technology, digital market displays, and LED world clocks across various markets for half of the United States.
Joe has successfully implemented hundreds of tickers, resulting in thousands of linear feet of ticker being installed for clients in education, financial & banking, retail, corporate, and sports bar environments. He has been integral in the layout of tickers, digital market displays, & world clocks in the build out of nearly 150 different finance and business labs on university campuses and in high schools.
Jim Mahoney – Sales Account Executive
Jim is closing in on almost 40 years in the Ticker/Signage market. He started his career with the grandfather company of the ticker business, Trans-Lux Corporation. Holding multiple sales positions over his 12 years there prepared Jim for his move to VP of LED Sales with Display Solutions in Atlanta, GA. In 2001, Jim, was now VP of LED Sales for Milwaukee based Adaptive Micro Systems. That year, Rise and Adaptive merged together and Jim crossed over to the Rise Display sales group.
Over the next 20+ years at Rise Display, Jim has been responsible for a large part of North American sales of Rise’s LED ticker, LED world clock and LCD/LED market wall displays to organizations in the professional financial world, the retail financial market place, the hospitality/sports bar/restaurant world and a very heavy concentration in the university and K-12 area.
Jordan O’Brien – Technical Support
Jordan joined the LED ticker industry in 2013 as an editor in the sports newsroom with Tickercom, who later rebranded to Skybox Sports Network. In 2020, he moved into the tech side of the company. With Rise Display and Skybox merging in 2021, Jordan now oversees relationships with end users among the education, finance, hospitality and consumer sectors.
Justin Smith – Senior Project Manager
Justin has been focused on digital signage since joining Rise Display in 2012. Over the past decade, he has supported and managed the successful installations of thousands of linear feet of LED ticker. Today, as a Senior Project Manager, Justin oversees all of Rise Display’s installations.
