  • Is your issue with a LED Ticker or a Digital Video Display?
  • Have you power cycled the LED display/media player?
  • Are you able to verify if the unit is online by updating content or pinging the IP address?

Any pictures or screen captures to help us in narrowing down the issue are appreciated.
